Foam, is used to extinguish flammable and liquid chemicals or fuels. According to chemical content,there are protein or synthetic-based film-forming and alcohol-resistant foam types. Foam is a mixture of water and air. Foam type is determined according to the amount of air  and characteristics of the blend. Extinguishing foam fire fighting ability  is developed to extinguish the fires: Cooling, strangulation, sorting, wrapping and change the location of the fire. Alone or together, provides rapid extinction.
