Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing Systems

Sprinkler Systems which are sold, installed and maintenanced by KC Teknik are automatic fire extinguishing systems. It detectes the fire from beginning, controls before enlargement and perceptions of the fire, informed the fire to fire depertment and people and extinguishes the fire.
System is suitable to use with all (A) and (C) the class of fires, not suitable to use with ( B ), ( D ) and ( E ) the class of fires.
Normally each sprinkler is blocked and is opened when the temperature reaches a certain degree. Plugging with a bulb is a major apparstus. The liquid that inside the bulb expands from the heat. Maximum ambient temperature of the bulb according to environment temprature 30C increasement explodes the bulb. Then the pressured water in the pipe network discharges on the fire suddenly. Simultaneously, the flow triggers the alarm.
Sprinkler
We classificate sprinkler according to the sensitivities of temperatures of sprinkler activation. Sprinkler protection areas are 9 m2-21 m2. Sprinkler varieties chosen according to application.
Special Versions
Due to various risks and in some cases brought by the architecture, some systems require special solutions. For these reasons, there are a wide range of sprinklers. Sprinklers are classified according to change in temperature ranges, to respond to the sensitivities, the water flow characteristics, the spray characteristics materials and workmanship.
System Types;
Wet Pipe Systems
Wet pipe systems are the most common type of sprinkler systems. These types of systems, the sprinkler pipe network is completely filled with pressurized water.
Dry Pipe Systems
Dry pipe system are designed especially for places in danger of freezing .Critic spaces are not filled with water pipe network, and is filled with compressed air.
Pre-Responsive Dry Pipe Systems
The system works according to dry systems. System is composed of sprinkler and fire detection system. For example, a sprinkler will accidentally damage to mechanical environment, can damage expensive electronic devices so we use Pre-Responsive Dry Pipe Systems with these kind of places.
Foam systems
Large amounts synthetic substances and the specific risk areas,we add foam to water extinguishing. Foam can be used both in the wet and dry systems.
